1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SUTVANI digital atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Each drape curated through our platform is a unique piece of heritage, and its acquisition is subject to the conditions outlined herein.

2. Heritage Authenticity

SUTVANI guarantees that every saree sold is a genuine hand-woven product from our looms in Varanasi or curated workshops across India. Minor irregularities in weave or color are considered hallmarks of handloom craftsmanship and are not defects.

3. Global Shipping & Deliveries

We ship globally. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. SUTVANI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearances or courier technicalities. All international shipments are insured to their full value.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of hand-woven silk and gold zari, returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition. Exchanges for bespoke or customized pieces are not permitted.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
